1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using any part of the jz168 platform (available at jz168.io), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jz168 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the jz168 platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

jz168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by jz168 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jz168. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jz168 will close all accounts associated with that individual, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. jz168 will use this information to verify your identity and to process payments. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jz168 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. jz168 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jz168 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Currency

All jz168 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. Currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider are outside the control of jz168.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jz168 within a target timeframe of 30 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. Before processing any withdrawal, jz168 may require completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account belonging to the registered account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 No Fees from jz168

jz168 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4.5 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited into your jz168 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jz168 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jz168 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — must be fulfilled before any portion of a bonus or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. jz168 accepts no liability for expired bonuses where the player has been informed of the expiry date.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

jz168 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional offers.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jz168 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules as defined by the game studio. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

jz168 does not control the Random Number Generator (RNG) or outcome logic of any third-party game. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or any other technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. jz168 accepts no liability for disruption to gameplay arising from factors outside its direct control, including internet service interruptions on the player's side.

7. Sports Betting

All bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, except in cases of manifest error.

jz168 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

12. Account Termination

Balances held in breach of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for return.

13. Amendments

Your continued use of the jz168 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the principles of applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from your use of the jz168 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
